About Maison

We named ourselves after the house, not the hype.

Maison means house. It stands for something built with care, meant to last, and honest about what it is. That is the standard we hold our own work to, and the standard we help blockchain founders reach with theirs.

Our mission

Make good projects understandable, so the right people can trust them.

Maison Strategy started from a simple frustration. Too many capable blockchain teams were losing attention not because the work was weak, but because nobody outside the room could follow the story. Meanwhile the loudest projects, often the emptiest ones, were winning the airtime.

We think that is backwards. In a market where trust is scarce, clarity is the real advantage. So we built an agency around one idea: explain the substance well, be honest about everything, and let that honesty do the marketing.

We are new, and we are open about it. We would rather earn your trust through how we work than borrow it from claims we cannot back up. No invented metrics, no fake logos, no borrowed testimonials. Just clear thinking, applied to your project.

The team

A small founding team with complementary strengths.

Khoa, Alex and Joanna bring together strategy, growth and brand thinking. The team remains intentionally small so founders receive direct attention throughout the work.

What we stand for

Four values, and we mean all of them.

These are not wall art. They are the tests we run every decision through.

01

Clarity

If a smart outsider cannot follow it, it is not finished. We choose plain words over impressive ones every time.

02

Trust

We build credibility through evidence and openness, never through inflated claims or borrowed proof.

03

Web3 fluency

We speak the technology natively, so nothing gets lost between your engineers and your audience.

04

Honesty

We tell you what we think, including when the answer is that you do not need us yet.

The methodology

The full process, explained in detail.

This is the same five-stage method behind every engagement. We document it openly because a process you can see is a process you can trust.

1

Discover

We start by listening. We learn your product, your market, your audience, and the goals behind the launch. We read the documentation, try the product where we can, and ask the questions your team has stopped noticing. Nothing gets written until we genuinely understand what you are building and who it is for.

2

Define

We turn what we learned into decisions. Together we agree your positioning, the single core message, the audiences that matter most, and the metrics that will define success. This is where clarity is won or lost, so we do not move on until the whole team can repeat the message in one sentence.

3

Build

Now we make things. Depending on scope this includes brand, website, content, and the campaign plan that ties them together. Everything is built on the message we defined, so the whole presence pulls in one direction rather than pointing five different ways.

Launch

We run the campaign with you, not at a distance. We stay close through launch week so we can read the response and adjust in real time. Because we agreed the goals up front, we always know whether we are on track or need to change course.

5

Iterate

After launch we report honestly against the goals we set, then improve. We tell you what worked, what did not, and what the data suggests next. Marketing is never finished, so this stage feeds straight back into discovery for the next phase of growth.

Our position

In a market built on hype, we chose to be the quiet, credible option.

Anyone can promise the moon. Very few take the harder path of explaining, clearly and honestly, why a project deserves attention. That harder path is the whole of what we do. If that sounds like the partner your startup needs, we should talk.
